Please note that I work another full time job in addition to this shop, so because of that I usually ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Any delays will be posted on the website.

My charm is scratched / Damaged!
There is a protective plastic cover over the charm to prevent any kind of scratches during shipping. It will make me feel terrible if I receive an email of someone cussing me and saying it's dirty, scratched, or damaged just because they didn't take off the plastic cover. Please carefully read the instructions that come with every charm first.
Will you ever make customs?
Probably when I feel more confident, but at this time no. I need a bit more experience and understanding with charm making, to ensure I am providing the best experience and quality.
